We really enjoyed our stay. Location is very peaceful and the surrounding very scenic. In the neighbourhood you have a lot of groccery shops and location is perfect, if you are planning to drive around the lake.
We needed additional wine glass and the host quickly responded to our request and brought it.
After reservation host sent very detailed and clear instructions and appartment was easy to find.

der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles sehr unkompliziert und ohne Probleme. sehr sauber und modern. Da die Unterkunft wohl noch sehr neu ist, fehlten Kleinigkeiten wie ein Schneidebrett und ein bisschen mehr Besteck wäre gut gewesen, aber sonst eine 10/10.
werde ich weiter empfehlen.

I spent two nights at **Ava Home - Old Courtyard [penthouse]** with my children, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to services.

The space was bright and cozy, and the panoramic view of Lake Garda was truly breathtaking. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. The self-check-in process with the key box was smooth and hassle-free.

O local é muito aconchegante e bem equipado. A comunicação foi ótima e me senti em casa. Apenas indico que o hóspede fique de carro, pois o bairro é um pouco retirado. Mas foi ótimo. Recomendo e voltaria com certeza.

We highly recommend on the Wooden Bridge apartment.
The location is amazing - very close to Ponte di Legno slopes (3 minutes drive), close to Passo del Tonnale slopes (15 minutes drive).
The apartment is the first line to the river so you can see from most of the windows the river and the beautiful snowy mountains.
In just a 2 minutes drive you can reach Ponte di Legno center with all the stores, supermarkets and restaurants.
The apartment has plenty of free parking spots available just outside the apartment and also a covered dedicate parking ( we didn’t use it because we had a great weather).
The apartment itself very clean, fully equipped and gives a “home” feeling.
The communication was great and we got support and response whenever it was needed.

Die Unterkunft hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.
Wir waren selten in einer so sauberen und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung.
Es war alles gut durchdacht.

Das Grundstück ist gut abgesichert, der Parkplatz und die Wohnanlage für Fremde nicht zu erreichen.

Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung, war sogar deutlich besser als auf den Fotos zusehen!
Vom Frühstückstisch aus, hatte man direkte Sicht auf den See. Ein Traum!

Die Vermieter haben sich zwischenzeitlich immer wieder erkundigt ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit sei und immer angeboten weiter zuhelfen, wenn etwas fehlt oder wir etwas benötigten.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem Zentral!

Wir waren sehr zu zufrieden. Es war ein gemütlicher, ruhiger, schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Das Appartement ist wirklich schön eingerichtet und schenkt einem ein wohliges Gefühl. Witzig und hilfreich waren vor allem alle Anweisungen mit Video-Erklärung. Das war wirklich gut und leicht umzusetzen. Wir lieben Italien und können Abschied nur empfehlen ❣️

Excellent place! We stayed there on a ski trip (family of 5) and enjoyed every minute. Clean, cozy, new and equipped with everything you can ask for. Highly recommended.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti, e ci siamo trovati molto bene, casa in ordine e pulita, rifornita di tutto il necessario tra asciugamani , carta igienica e padelle per cucinare.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Boario terme. L’appartement était très propre et neuf, bien équipé. N’ayant pas de voiture, nous avons facilement pu nous déplacer en bus et en train sans problème.

Il nostro soggiorno presso questo appartamento è stato davvero piacevole! La struttura è nuova e veramente molto bella.
Abbiamo apprezzato tutto!
L’unico consiglio che ci sentiamo di dare è di far trovare agli ospiti anche bagnoschiuma/shampoo/sapone intimo.. una piccola accortezza in più per un soggiorno breve senza pensieri!!! Grazie mille e alla prossima 🥰

It’s surrounded by the mountains, nature.
The house is really new, looks like they just build. Great bad, and has everything we need.

The hosts are so responsive, I had a little prblem that my key got stuck, so I called them and after 5 min they showed up to help me.

I highly recommend their place, and for sure I will go back there.

Lovely place that I would recommend to anyone

Abbiamo soggiornato in 6 più due cani. Zona tranquilla e tutto recintato quindi si può stare tranquilli con i nostri pelosi. Appartamento molto bello e pulito, ci siamo stati benissimo tutti e i due bagni super utili. Posizione ottima a pochi chilometri da Desenzano sul Garda e dalla rocca di Malerba. Comunque super comodo muoversi vista la posizione abbastanza centrale fra i punti più turistici.
Host sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta.
Consigliatissimo.
Unica pecca non ci sono 6 bicchieri o 6 piatti dello stesso tipo, ma comunque abbiamo fatto senza problemi.

Alles war perfekt, sauber, viele Brettspiele, ruhige Lage, schnelle Komunikation, einfach perfekt =)
