The souls of the restaurant are us: Giacomo and Sandro Pittelli.
We are twin brothers also united by an immense passion for cooking and catering. After years of work experience in different restaurants and hotels, we decided to realize our dream and open our own restaurant in Pisogne, on the Brescia side of Sebino. Since 2019 we have moved to a new, modern-designed place in Costa Volpino (Bg). The goal is to transmit and communicate our way of living our love for food. A fresh cuisine, with great attention to the choice of raw materials and their seasonality . A cuisine that recalls our homeland, Calabria, combined with contaminations from Italian, Lombard and contemporary cuisine.
Balance is the key word, respect for what comes from it: for the ingredients used and, above all, for our guests.
